All cleaning services must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or email.We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any booking at our discretion.Service availability may vary by location, time, and staff availability.Accurate details must be provided during booking—incorrect or incomplete info may lead to delays or cancellation.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices for our services are listed on our site or provided through custom quotes. All payments must be made in full at the time of service or as otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. Additional charges may apply for excessive mess, hazardous conditions, no running water or electricity, or services not included in the initial quote.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee up to 25%. Refunds, if applicable, are issued at our discretion based on service quality and specific circumstances.

We are not responsible for damages caused by hidden issues, pre-existing damage, or poor installation (e.g., loose fixtures, faulty surfaces).

7. Service Limitations

We do not handle deep biohazard cleanup, Pest removal, Structural repairs, or electrical work. We reserve the right to refuse services that pose a health or safety risk to our team.
